Currently my favorite is the grizzly creek knife from bench made. Although this last year I bout a Gerber replaceable blade. I think the replaceable are a cool idea and work well enough but I had some difficult times with ligaments on our elk. I was glad I had my fixed blade at times and really glad to have the thin blade at other times. For now I think I'm leaning towards my grizzly creek. Plus it comes with free factory sharping for life.
