Gen II hanging meat bag question.

My hanging meat bag came with K-connectors sewn in for the attachment to the bag/frame. Aaron's vid says the 3-bar slider was used to go through the plastic common loop. Is this a change since the video? The k-connector seems like an easier install except it's pretty tight getting it through the webbing loop that also holds the plastic common loop. Am I missing something or is this correct? Sorry if I missed where this has previously been discussed.

Mine has 3bars on the top straps. I hooked those into g hooks for more versatility though.
