Gen 6 Glock

Other brands that I think do quite well are Walther PDP Pro, Springfield Echelon, and HK VP9. I quite like aspects of their designs. Plus why are we taking it for granted the gen 6 Glocks will be reliable after the V-line debacle?

I’ve been liking the looks of the Roger RXM lately while Glock tries to get its life together. I think I’d get one of those before the PSA Dagger, but I don’t have first hand experience with either.

SW MP 2.0 has a lot of recs these days also.

I have to use a Glock at work, so that has kept me wanting to keep the same general type of trigger, grip angle, etc on my carry guns for now as well. But it’s definitely not the only gun in its class worth getting anymore.

Just picked up a Ruger RXM, and planning on adding the Magpul full-size (G17) frame module. The provided module is a G19 size.

It's supposedly a Glock Gen 3 clone (same parts) except it uses a modular fire-control unit like the Sig P320 and Springfield Echelon. And of course the frame module is designed and provided by MagPul. The optics cut is flexible, using modular recoil boss pins to create several optics footprint patterns.

So far, so good. The trigger feels exactly like a Glock.

It'll tide me over until I can get a Gen 6 COA. And I'm hopeful that is sometime before 2027 . . .
