Thanks for the input!Hey everyone. I recently upgraded my Foxpro caller from the Fury 1 to the Fusion. Robby has given me the opportunity to write an article about the caller to be released in about a month. We've had it since the first week of January and have called probably 12 coyotes in and killed 9 with it. The new remote and a couple new features have me sold on the upgrade.
Is there anything specific you would like to see covered on the review?
I had issues with battery life, especially the remote in the cold. It would get really slow and sometimes get stuck. So I went to upgrade to the shockwave and that was when lucky ducks’s were pretty new so I bought a revolt for the extra features. Haven’t had an issue with that one at all. I feel like the newer foxpro calls have updated a lot and are good calls. Just haven’t tried one since the fusion. I do feel like with Lucky Duck you get more bang for the buck with the Integrated decoy and electronic swivel tripod.Any follow up on the call? I have run one now for a few years and has held up well. Although, mine has had minimal use(2-3x per month). Like most calls when it is cold (below zero) battery life is not great, and I have tried most long life batteries to include Foxpro branded and recommended batteries.

Thanks, Jordan. I have two close friends that went the Lucky Duck route although sounds don’t seem as crisp at times the yotes don’t seem to mind. My FoxPros(had 3) all had trouble with the caller having bad battery life(one hour, maybe). I tried the carry bags and cut holes in them to try and keep them warmer, a box I built, and putting them up on a stand, nothing worked. When it’s cold is when I want to be out, the critters are hungry and generally moving. The call works well yet but, I am hesitant to buy another FoxPro route.I had issues with battery life, especially the remote in the cold. It would get really slow and sometimes get stuck.
