I have a 2021 1-ton Ford (gas). Considering moving to a Chevy or GMC 1-ton (gas). I have not driven one yet. Just curious on your thoughts on how noticeable (if any) the ride quality is with GMC's independent front suspension vs Ford's solid front axel?
Thanks.

I thought it was noticeable going from a '17 F250 diesel to a '22 GMC 2500 gas. Just a lot smoother at the steering wheel in my case.

On road, I think Chevy/GMC is a nicer ride, off road, I like the solid front axle of the F250/350.

GM will be smoother daily driving with the independent front suspension. Factory GM shocks tend to suck though and don’t last long, at least for me. Off road and aired down I would take the ford.

Are you trading the ford due to the ride? A 21’ f-350 gasser is a nice truck!
