I had an elevated HR the whole time I was symptomatic. It still seems to be more elevated during activities now (been negative for 3 days now). My resting HR is typically in the low 40s. After testing positive my resting HR has gradually increased to 50, and is pretty well staying there. I wear a Garmin watch pretty much all the time and track my HR pretty regular.

Edit: I did notice that while symptomatic my blood oxygen would drop pretty rapidly with any activity at all from the high 90s (98-99) to the low 90s,/high 80s.

I’m typically high 40s and today I’m averaging high 80s. My Garmin also told me i hit my heart rate goal last night trying to sleep.

I get pretty light headed every few minutes.

I get these awesome sweating spells and chills to the point I can’t stop my teeth from chattering. My favorite is when they happen together…

Every fiber of my being hurts down to my pinky toe & I can barely muster the strength to walk to the bathroom.

Fortunately my lungs are good 👍🏼

I was just curious if others experienced that as well.

I never got tested but pretty sure I had it back in Feb/March of 2020. This sounds pretty close to what I experienced minus the heart rate and blood pressure issues. My wife came in and I was covered in blankets, shivering. She had turned the tub on so I got up to go take a bath and there was a perfect outline of me in sweat. I have never been so cold and sweated so much in my life.

Same here, I’m not a bath person… I’ve taken 2 today to warm me up. That part is no joke.

Same here. I have never been to the doctor for being sick other than when I have had strep throat and had to go for a prescription. I spent three days considering going to the doctor. I about wore a hole in the carpet between the bed and bathtub.

I am not vaccinated. I eat pretty clean, am active and take a lot of vitamins daily. I’ve dodged it for the last few years working in a very high risk profession… then I take one little vacation & bang, Rona .

Praying for you buddy. To my wife and I's knowledge our family has not had it. I have been tested 7 times because of the profession I work in, couldn't come to work with a runny nose. Still somewhat surprised we never got it, 4 younger kids in public school. Completely possible we did and were asymptomatic. Of course she is currently not feeling well and actually going to get swabbed for Strep, which they will likely test her for Covid, so I guess we will see. Learned a few years back that I am potentially an asymptomatic Strep carrier as the last 2 times it has been confirmed in out house I never has symptoms, got swabbed once and was actually positive, needless to say did not go treat home health patients that day or a few after.

I got it, I was sick for a day and it took a few weeks for the cough to go away but I kept working out and going outside while I had it. Never seemed bad enough to worry about heart rate and blood pressure. Zero remaining issues for me.

6 months, I am still short of breath when I exercise.

Should google how many people skipped the vax then died from the virus. Personally know 3 people who died that why. What they did to their families is unforgivable.
I had to get vaccinated or I was going to lose my job. I got covid a month later. Vaccine worked amazing. My wife has never been vaccinated. When we got covid together she was a little tired and I was really tired. That's it. I don't know anyone who died or anyone that was even really sick. "They" didn't do anything to their families. It was just their time. If someone told you there was a 99.8% chance of winning the lottery, would you play or assume you would be in the .2%?

I’ve had the Phizer vaccine plus 1 booster. Tested positive for covid Memorial Day weekend. Began taking Paxlovid within 36 hours of the start of symptoms. Felt much better the next day, then the symptoms returned 5 days after finishing the Paxlovid. Tested myself again and was an instant positive. Now 2 weeks after the original positive test, I still have a few lingering symptoms but feeling a little better. No effects on my BP or heart rate that I’m aware of though.

I had it October 2020. Wouldn’t have kwon I did if it wasn’t for the mandatory tests at certain places, but I take those tests with a grain of salt as 2/4 family members were positive/negative and we didn’t hide from each other. No shots in any of my family, we survived the winter of death and have made it to summer 🙄. I thought Covid was over and we are onto Ukraine???
