From personal experience do you feel that is an accurate size range?

As someone who owns this frame I would say the sizing is pretty accurate but maybe a tad bigger than they say it is. I am a 31" waist and the small is perfect for me but it's totally bottomed out when I move big weight. I think 30"-34" might be more accurate if you carry 100# but that's just been my experience with the three I have used.

I agree with Felix, I think it's pretty accurate. With a load of meat I cinch the belt down tight and feel like it's close to bottoming out. I'm 31" waist and the small is a good fit for me.
