Well on the brighter side, kind of like the Packers- mid-season they were given no shot of making the playoffs (well actually it was 5%).

The injuries on the defensive side were just too deep, they've got nine months to heal up and maybe grab a couple of additional linebackers. Their O line, running backs and QB are pretty solid, so we'll see next year.

I'm definitely rooting for the Lions, their fans have waited plenty long enough.
