Foam source for pads

Any ideas where I could find a good foam for shoulder straps? The XPE from Seattle Fabrics is stiffer than I prefer. The stuff Kifaru and MR use seems about right.

I probably should also ask what such a material is called. I see so many types but don’t know which is right.
