Thanks! I'm starting from scratch so looking to pick up most gear items from the classified section. First order of business is a pack and good layers to wear

What season? Also I would push you towards, good boots & socks, then some kind of optics, then a shooting iron and scope, then pack, lastly worry about clothes you can be comfortably outfitted from a thrift store often with a little looking

2nd rifle, so the last week of October. I have some goretex boots but all my outdoor gear is very swishy and loud. What is better, good binoculars or a good spotting scope?

binos first in my opinion. put them on a tripod and ull be set.
