What is the best glue for blazers to gold tip shafts (no wrap)? Goat tuff and boning quantum xt, both seemed to work pretty good for me when I started building my own arrows, but these days I am having a hard time keeping fetchings from coming off. To be honest I think both of the bottles of glue I mentioned before just went bad because they are old. Not sure if this happens? So I bought a tube of boning platinum and it seems to hold pretty well but I can not build an arrow without getting glue everywhere, either I don't put enough glue on and the fletch comes off or I put enough glue on and it comes out everywhere and it doesn't just wipe off. There is no in between with this stuff.
I will probably just get a new bottle of goat tuff unless there is something better out there.
Suggestions?

I have found nothing better than Loctite brand gel superglue for vanes....And I've used a few different "archery" glues..

Get some loctite ultra control gel been using it for 2 years never had a vane come loose. Bonus is it cost less than 5 dollars at napa or walmart

Any impact resistant super glue. Gorilla Glue with the Blue cap or locktite control gel. Prepping the shafts is also important when not using wraps, a good way is to scrub the area to be fletched with ajax it will take off oils and rough up the surface a little. Also, a trick to keeping super glue to last longer is to store it in the fridge.

I don't buy the fletching glues anymore either...I used to be a Goat Tuff fan and the last couple bottles of it I bought were crap so I started using the Loc Tite or Gorilla glues too. Cheap, easy to find pretty much anywhere and works good.

I've been using gorilla super glue. Haven't had any issues.... except when I shoot my vanes with another arrow. :D

I found the number one criteria for me is the use glue with a good cap that has the pin poker on the inside to keep the tip from getting clogged. Gold Tip has this so I stopped looking there. Also tried Goat Tuff and was not impressed.
