Just a quick review for those of you looking into either of these products. Grade A+ for both. I like the chat option with FL and the responsiveness and accuracy on their customer service line. They were very polite and easily answered all of my questions.
Kuiu gets the same review minus the online chat. I made a direct call, did have to wait on hold for about 2 minutes, and had all my questions answered quickly and politely.
