Looking for feedback on these two vests? I’m looking for an insulated piece to wear under my puffy for additional core warmth. I need something packable but warm. I’d love to hear some opinions or reviews on these two, or any other that make the cut. I picked up and eberlestock awhile back but the neck was sooo stiff I couldn’t bend forward. Thanksin advance.

There is nothing lightweight or packable about the solitude vest. It is a piece designed for stand hunting whitetail.

First Lite Core vest is what you seek if you don't need wind proofing IMO

FL Source Vest is what I would use. The Sitka Ambient Vest would be another to look at. The Ambient is very light and packable but the wind will go through it. But as a layering piece under windproof garments I think it works great. The source vest is also very packable, quiet, and has more insulation.
