Hey all, as a sort of spinoff to the protein powder thread so as not to jack it, I though I would share this cookbook that has some good looking recipes in it. It is called The Feed Zone. My dad bought i as he is into cycling, it was written by a cyclist and physiologist (I think?), has some great recipes that I think would transfer well to backpack hunting for all of us including bars. I have yet to try the recipes but I will update you all with my thoughts after I boost the "borrow" (aka steal) the book from my dad!
