I think that Kifaru might feel the pinch of this "Furlough" from me. I was planning on buying a few new items and now I think I should save my money. This sucks too, a veteran and government employee trying to "buy American" and now the government is taking back the money I was going to spend. So much for economic stimulus.

i hear ya schleppy, ive had a few purchases i have held off on to wait and see how the furlough goes......im pretty sure it's gonna happen unfortunately.

I'm holding out with a faint amount of hope. My prediction is that we will enter the furlough, it lasts 2-3 weeks and we get backpay.

We've been told not to expect back pay. That said, I'm hopeful that sometime between tomorrow and mid April before the furlough starts for us (one day a week for 22 straight weeks) they figure something out and we don't have to deal with it.
