So in piggybacking off the thread “What’s your favorite TO carry pistol”, what’s your favorite way of carrying your EDC? Please include the make/model of your EDC.

Glock 19 in a CompTac MTAC holster. Carried about 4-5 o clock. Had that combo for almost 15 years now, carried almost every single time I’m outside my house.

2nd favorite, G19 with TLR7 attached. In Tenicor Certum Lux. Also to the rear of my right hip.

I carry a Shield in a We The People holster in appendix. When I first started carrying I tried appendix but couldn’t get it real comfortable, after trying a little different position and committing to it for a few days it’s by far my favorite position to carry and easier to conceal.

S&W Shield with TTI +2 extended mags in a T-Rex Arms first generation sidecar appendix holster. Second most frequently carried is in a Hill People Gear Medium Belt Pack and a kydex trigger guard secured with a dummy cord.

Springfield Hellcat or Glock 30sf

Blue Force Gear used to make a pocket holster
The Hellcat fits in the Shield version

Full size/largest capacity mags in two of these.

Mix of HST, Gold Dot, and Critical Duty.

S&W Bodyguard 2.0 380 acp in pocket holster or Springfield Hellcat 9mm in Tier1 appendix.

Glock 43 (without the X) with Taran Tactical mag extensions.
Tulster Profile (IWB) holster at about 4:00.
Trak gun belt.
Federal 147 gr HST.
Extra mag in front pocket or Tulster mag carrier.

S&W 432PD, pocket holster. I also recommend a fixed blade in a horizontal sheath up front.

I have to shake my head when dudes are carrying actual cc purses designed for women. I thought a guy down the street was carrying his wife’s little purse for her, but at the car he tucked it into his side. Best chuckle of the day. Lol

S&W Shield 9mm
NextBelt
Been trying Appendix here recently with the small MFT holster and still trying to get used to it. I like it somewhat but not 100% on the Appendix just yet. But do like hoe it is much easier to conceal and docent print as bad.
Also have a Kimber Micro 9 that I might try Appendix also to see if it is more comfortable.
Any other time it was IWB at about 4:00
Also carry OWB with the Shield or a 1911 when its cold out and I have a coat on all the time.

Mine rides on pants/shorts, front of pants next to first belt loop on angle to follow the gut line aiming at the big gun. Rides under pants and over the panties. Either bugout with the longer belt clip or lately the Ontario knife company rat 2 I think it’s called. Office clothes, summer shorts including light stuff when fishing and swimming, track pants, it works for all situations. So used to it I’ll probably lose a knife anytime of fly as I don’t fly much so that’s why migrated the okc rat2 and have some spares at home. Won’t cry to lose one. Been a great edc. Never leave home without it.

EDIT ALERT! Hilarious, I saw EDC and thought knife only...what a Canadian move. Read first....THEN reply. Doh...you lucky buggers. Good thing we will be 51st state soon.

I used to carry my 43x appendix all the time but now I’m carrying it in either a sling bag or fanny pack, mainly a fanny pack. Easy on and off and way more comfortable when you’re moving a lot and/or driving. Does having a fanny pack hurt the ego? Yep. But having a gun in it makes up for it a bit lol.

Unfortunately I'm too fat to appendix carry now, that used to be my favorite.

Safariland ALS waist holster is my favorite. It doesn't conceal worth a damn but it's super conformable and secure. My wife doesn't even always notice it, so I said screw it I'll just go with it. Been doing that for ~ 5 years now and nobody has ever commented on it. In fact, when I'm getting ready to do some work that requires removing it, I often get comments like "you've had that on since I got here?"

Cool thing is the ALS holsters with the thumb release can easily be pushed off the gun with one hand. That means you can leave the gun in the holster 24/7. Its an extra layer of safety that I really like having. Guns ALWAYS in a holster, and I dont need 2 hands to get it out.
