Looking to buy my first and last suppressor. Looking for a 30 cal. to cover all my rifles. Whats your favorite overall weight/length/quietest/price? Whats the easiest place to buy from? Thanks all and good luck this season!

Dead Air Nomad Ti XC or LTi XC for the larger diameter cans. If you want a 1.5 dia. suppressor the TBAC Ultra 7 or 9 are as good as it gets.

I've had exceptional service buying from Capitol Armory. My most recent suppressor purchase wasn't even four weeks from the time I purchased it online until the UPS dude put it in my hands at my front door.

Liberty Precision Machine Mach S is my favorite can.

It is better than my TBAC Ultra 7 (gen 1) and my brother's Magnus S in every way

Griffin Armament or AB Rator's, I prefer the over-the-barrel can style. I would look for a local dealer who does the paperwork electronically, including fingerprinting. Go to SilencerShop.com and do a dealer search.

Sico Scythe or Nomad XC Ti are two that stand out to me as striking a strong balance of suppression, size, weight for hunting.

TBAC ultra 7, Magnus S, LPM Mach S, CAT johnny Law are some others that i'd be happy to own.

I've had good experiences with Capitol armory for an online seller. I'd say a good local store who knows how to handle efiles efficiently would be better yet. Scheels seems to be a good big box store option.

I currently have a Nomad LT. It's super quiet but every time I screw it onto a barrel I can't help but think "I could have 2 inches more barrel length for the same OAL if I had a shorter can..."

I'm looking really hard at the Diligent Defense Enticer S Ti.

One thing I know for 100% sure is get the titanium version of whatever configuration you choose. Nobody has ever said "I sure wish my suppressor was heavier."20241027_102147.jpg

I'd also add if there's any possibility you would ever want to let anyone else use the suppressor, then buy it on a Single Shot Trust from a Silencershop dealer. If not, then buy it as an individual through Capitol Armory and just let it show up at your door.

I have been reading through their info recently and correct me if I'm wrong, but if you buy it through at trust at Capitol you can still have it shipped do your door, correct?

I've pretty much narrowed it down to the Enticer S Ti or the OCL Hydrogen S for my first suppressor.

Yes, you can use a trust with Capital Armory and still ship it to your door.

I believe that's correct but they only offer a traditional NFA Trust, not a separate trust per NFA item like Silencershop. I suppose you could buy a new trust each time you buy another item, then it's just a difference between a $79 trust vs a $25 single shot trust.

So, yes.

The issue with a traditional trust is when you go to buy any subsequent items, everyone who you've added to your trust has to submit fingerprints & photos. It's way cleaner for each item to have its own separate trust.

PS- any lawyers or otherwise smart people feel free to correct me.
