OnX and Gaia. I like the ability to get Google Earth imagery and other imager6 in Gaia. Lot better than OnX imagery. Also use the USGS quads in Gaia, better than OnX topo.
I've had Onyx & Basemap, no brainer for myself that Basemap is the better of the two! I also have Earthmate, it's pretty good but I find myself choosing Basemap in every situation!
Use OnX and GAIA, they both have their strengths. I tend to use OnX more often as it seems more intuitive and straightforward. But GAIA is very feature-rich and offers many more layers/tools than OnX.
Have not tried it yet, but I'm intrigued by the GoHunt app feature for slope angle/orientation and elevation bands.
Tried all the ones listed except gohunt and earthmate and I come back to Onx as my favorite. The base maps on Onx could be better but everything seems a little more intuitive in Onx
I used gohunt and onX this year. Really wanted to use just gohunt but it always took longer for gps to get my position. Really wish they would have 3D offline also. But I do like the topo and satellite better on gohunt
I had OnX back when there were still a few bugs in it. I switched to Basemap and have been happy with it. I'm sure OnX has worked through those initial issues and is a solid platfiorm now but I've been happy with the Basemap app and their customer service is great.
I have used Gaia, OnX, Basemap and GoHunt. I am currently running OnX and Gohunt always need a backup. Once I convince my hunting partners to ditch OnX I will run Gaia in its place.
