Favorite Game Meat (Big Game)

Moose beats out deer, elk and bear for me with caribou being a close second. I haven’t been successful with goat or sheep yet so hopefully this year I can try them too.

it's,.. Elk, Shiras Moose and Antelope (tasty but small), in that order, for us !

Having lived and hunted in Alaska for a long time, we gained some insights on game meat; that said elk is about as delicious as it gets...
Wife made elk tamales just last night...

Antelope is my favorite to date, followed by Roosevelt elk.
