Fall 2025 Options

I’ve two options. 7000 acres of private land in Utah to bow hunt August 22-26 or New Mexico public land unit 48 rifle October 6-11.. both hunts are guided.
What would you choose and why?

Depends on where the property is in UT. You will be pre rut, hunting summer patterns so it will be spot and stalk or possibly tree stand in UT. Depends on what fits your hunting style. Can’t speak to New Mexico.

I'd edit that unit number out in NM. I've spent time there. Water is a concern in alot of that unit, and its looking like it's going to be a really bad drought year. I'd reconsider.
