Thinking of grabbing a 5000.
Anybody use the water bottle pocket or do the pack mounted ones work fine?
How many stash pockets do you all use? I was thinking 2 or 3.

I like a stash pocket in the lid and another in the water bladder area but it really depends on what you plan on putting in them for organization.

I also say the nalgene holder is totally worth it. It's the best nalgene holder design I've ever seen. Out of the way for hiking but easy access and it keeps the weight off the hips.

If you are a Nalgene user it’s well worth it when you can’t reach back with a full load.

I think I have read that they fixed the bottle holder, because the ones I have are hard to fit a bottle into. I have seen guys cut the top of the holder to fit a bottle better, and I switched to a metal bottle that slides in and out easily. I use a stash pocket for the following kits: Lighting/Battery Bank, First Aid, Possibles Pouch, Water Filtration, and Kill Kit.

Yeah I will have a K4x in the booth to show people. It's not a finalized design by any means but just something to show and get feedback on.

We don't bring anything to physically sell at the show but we take orders with 10% off and free shipping there. Our guys here in the warehouse will have it shipped it out that day or the next to you.
