Didn't they say the entries for sheep/goat were limited to folks living within the US? Or was it a US citizen but could be living anywhere? Obviously it would be worth paying airfare from anywhere to do a free sheep hunt if it's allowable.

US Citizen and obviously I have to cover expenses to get there.
