I ordered a Sako S20 on Eurooptic and the delivery was messed up because of some confusion regarding the location of the FFL. Jake Tumolo stepped in and fixed things ASAP and even arranged for 2 day air delivery, at no cost to me, to the correct FFL in order to expedite the delivery. I continue to be impressed with Eurooptic. Great selections there and helpful customer service. Thank you Jake!

Not many places carry handgun scopes anymore. Not only did they have the full lineup of Burris handgun scopes, they were $50-100 cheaper than everywhere else.

I should have mine on Wednesday and will have the new 30-30AI at the range next weekend.

I was at the store last Monday to buy either a Credo or Accupoint 3-9 scope. I couldn't make up my mind so I left with one of each and a CZ457 17HMR.

Wish I had the same to say. They canceled an order of mine for some reason. I spent a good bit trying to get through to CS with no luck.

I sent a question to their CS email last night at 11:30 pm. I woke up to a reply at 8:30. I spent quite a bit of money on a scope at 8:35.
About 6 months ago I bought a Schmidt & Bender Polar (not through my account) and wanted to return it for a different magnification. Jake took care of it, added it to my account, and sent me the newer S&B with no delivery charge. I could have bought today's purchase for the same price at Amazon. Their customer service and Jake are why I have bought 3 Tikkas, a Schmidt & Bender scope, 2 Trijicons, and a Leupold VX-5hd gen 2 from Eurooptic. Those guys have got their business model figured out! If I have to spend money, I'll try and spend it with them.
