For those calling for this to beat the Rokslide stocks thread, you are obviously not well known Roksliders. Every well known Rokslider knows that the goal is to top the Manscape thread.

Also, if Ryan or Robby dont change the "Senior Member" under peoples names to "Well Known Rokslider" after this thread, I am starting a gofund me for eggs. I can get Robbys house but will be taking volunteers for Ryans.

28 pages!? I made it through 3.

Is there a Cliff’s Notes for current status?
All is hearsay at this point.

Potentially bad shot made at last light, animal left overnight in unknown state with no eyes on, upon arrival the next morning buck was mysteriously broke down and taken in the dark.

JLHOIS then got the worlds finest detectives (Scooby & The Gang, FBI, CIA, DEA, IDFG, USFW, Border Patrol, Rokslide, Monster Muleys, Hunt Talk, etc.) involved in the hunt for his missing deer so the "perpetrator" could be...something, we don't know yet.

Memes ensued at a sub-10 minute pace.

Altenative theroy:

USO was protecting BLM land that was leased for cattle rights, they seen OP shot the animal and not retrieve and went and got at night , possibly with the helicopter they use. That is the reason we have no closure as the large landowner now has the horns in his collection and paying idaho not to investigate...

Well after taking a week off devices I come back to this... I'm all caught up. I'm glad I did.

I showed my wife some of the highlights, she really wants to know who dun' it. I told her the only thing she needs to know is to stay away from a guy name @Matt_Bowers.

@CorbLand Next time I'm driving through I can handle Ryan... I already helped him show his love for his favorite football team...

I'm not sticking up for the OP but no reason to spread misinformation. It absolutely is wanton waste if a hunter doesn't make every attempt to salvage meat. Allowing meat to spoil in the field is considered wanton waste if avoidable which in this case it would be. If a hunter were able to get to the animal the night it was killed, he would be able to remove all edible portions from the carcass. Maybe it takes two trips in and out but in this scenario, IF required edible portions were left, it would absolutely be wanton waste. The game warden absolutely may have collected DNA. It's a simple as placing flesh in a zip lock. Who knows if any was actually tested but it's not like him collecting a sample would be a stretch. Regarding the tag, a hunter has no obligation to punch his tag until he recovers the animal in any state. Why would he punch it before returning to claim his deer?

This story is fishy as hell and, I agree with others in that it is likely an attempt to flush someone out or at minimum, make them feel guilty. If it truly went down as they say and someone stole the deer, it is a pretty low down act by someone who places way to much value on a set of horns.
Oh. There are a lot of people who think if you draw blood on an animal you should immediately punch your tag. Been some pretty good debates on that in other threads over the years. Is it wanton waste to back out in hot weather after a bad shot? Is it illegal for someone to finish off a deer they just watched someone else walk away from? So far this story has more holes than Swiss cheese in it. Looking doubtful we'll ever get the true story because he took it to the court of public opinion first. I fully expect a Judge Judy meme in 3....2....

I voted to do Robbys because all I have to do is get out of range of a 270WSM. I have seen the shit Ryan shoots and know the ranges they and he are capable of.
