You can not ever count on a elk showing up at a wallow. They will sometimes hit wallows a lot but bulls travel a lot during the rut and will go to areas 20-30 miles away. I had one bull show up on the same date at the same wallow every year for 4 year in a row but that's one out of a hundred bulls I've gotten pictures of at wallows.how often will a elk visit/use a wallow ?
Something about trashy bulls..Just cause trashy bulls are cool the very unique one was on one of my favorite wallows that always produced until wolves killed several elk very closed to it and it dried up..I have several meatpoles all around it
Sweet Baby Jesus, my first car wasnt that bigOne of the biggest bears we got on camera at a wallow.
Definitely makes you aware of your surroundings

This ^ haha had a cam up for 4 months last year, finally pulled it and it had be moved by a little bull in the first 5 hours of being hung up, what a chumpI’ve found that smaller bulls will mess with cams,too.. pretty much every time!
ive looked at a couple post with elk wallow pictures and find them very cool. we don't have anything like his in Florida, how many of yall place cameras over wallows and what are some of the animals other then elk you've Hunting
Man he had some characterLittle different antler config.
In my area, there are so many wallows you just hunt around them. Picking one to sit on has been a losing game for me.
