Echo Zulu Altitude 30

I got to shoot a few more rounds through this can today, took a videos. Please excuse the low production quality and general cacophony. I am super happy with how it pairs with both the 6 CM, 6.5 CM, and 25 PRC so far. Really enjoy that it shoots to the exact same POI as the Resilient. The 4 through the 6 Creed with both cans landed in about 1/2”.

I can certainly hear a bit more “ping” with the Altitude30 on the 6 Creed, but to my unprotected ears, the amount of sound was very similar. The Resilient has had a habit of spontaneously unassembling itself, so the long term durability of the Echo Zulu will be a big plus for me, if it doesn’t do that….

Bunch more rounds through this can on a 6mm CM, .223 and 25 PRC today. Continues to be an excellent sounding can on all platforms so far. Added a few wraps of vet tape after toasting my fingers a few weekends back…

On both the .223 and 6 CM, I didn’t wear hearing pro and have no residual ringing or anything close to it. Won’t make it a habit out of that but it’s nice to know.

Appreciate the reviews and comparisons on this. In the market for my first hunting can, and seeing as I don’t want to wait forever for a ZG this Altitude has my attention. I’d say for weight and price it’s leading the pack. Is there something else I should be looking at as well, or do you think this might be that sweet spot?

I’d look no further and just roll with the EZ. Excellent can and value.

I'd agree, I've been quite impressed with mine, It's in stock now (and with them in stock means on a shelf ready to ship), and I don't think you're going to find something substantially better or even equal in terms of weight, size, sound and mount flexibility for the ~$750 shipped mine ran.
