It is good. I have hiked about 10 miles with it just to work out the kinks. It definitely work best with weight forward - just like a trailer and a truck. The most weight I have hauled is 140 pounds, which was fine, pretty easy even up a moderate hill. My hunting partner tried it out a month after meniscus surgery and he was sold - he’s working on similar trailer.Any feedback with this setup so far?
I took it last week on my moose hunt, but my pack out ended up being like 2 feet, so I haven’t gotten it bloody yet. Next up - elk season. Please get some pictures of the cart and meat on top of you if possible
What cart is that, and did it come with those tires or you swapped them out?I ended up going simple and it might work fine. Just used u bolts to attach a 1 1/4 inch piece of red oak to the frame. It was super easy to pull my wife around the neighborhood, but it got some strange looks. I will load it up and give it some test runs on a trail soon.
