Dust caps in chest pouch?

Caps ALWAYS on when not looking thru binoculars. My opinion, biggest chance of scratching a lens comes when cleaning the lens. Caps always on, the need to clean a lens is greatly reduced.

No caps on my binos in the harness. Too much clutter and stuff to mess with.

Caps always on in chest pack. Takes maybe 2 seconds to flick them loose or put back on.

OCD is on high here so caps on. Plus able to leave binos out of pack when sitting with eye caps on and lense stay dry.

Front flip out caps stay on, rear off when in case. The flip outs open up when I pull my binos out anyway.

Just on the ocular side.. I keep the lid folded back and have had Copenhagen fall on the lenses while getting a pinch.. Next time I went to glass it burned like hell, so that side gets the caps now
