I have not called Joe yet, stupid work keeps getting in the way. Ya pics would be great. The only thing I can think of are the two buckles that are positioned behind the shoulder harness connecting the load lifters to the frame and straps. If suspension is cranked down for a shorter torso they can really come into play as those buckles are situated right between your shoulder blades.
This actually happened on the DT1 that was delivered from the factory and was improperly sized Once I adjusted the suspension to fit my longer torso they were high enough up that they were out of the way. If you think this may be it, and if you hadn't called Joe (who will undoubtedly be able to help with this) I will be glad to take pics of the buckles to show you what I am talking about.
How do you determine what length your torso is?
