I’m debating using a dry bag for over night trips to put in the main compartment of my pack to either contain everything in there or just my sleep system.

Do you use a dry bag?
If so what size and how much stuff do you shove in it?

I use the sea to summit UL bags. I have a few sizes depending on needs. Being in the PNW I keep my sleep system and whatever spare clothes in them at all times.

Yeah I have the s2s ul 20 L, it seems either too big or too small. It’s too small for everything in my main compartment to fit in but seems too big to fit sleep system and clothes in.

I’ll look at getting a smaller dry bag.

Thanks for the help guys.

Use the Exo k3 4800 or 3200 dry bag for backcountry trips, keeps sleep system and puffy dry

Used these in Alaska. Worked great. I brought the set of 4.

I have used the Kuiu fry bags and have worked extremely well. Used them on elk & bear hunts
