I have no idea if this is a thing. But is there any accuracy or more likely a consistency advantage to a one piece scope mount on open top receivers?

I look at something like a 110 or 700 action compared to a Tikka action and I wonder if there is any flex in the open design that a one piece mount could reduce. It appears as though the open actions are stouter so maybe that's the tradeoff.

Just thinking out loud.

The answer is no. They aren't rigidly mounted to the point of providing structural support to the action. If it was mounted in such a way that it had zero shift, like pinned on both ends, or tightly fit shoulders, it could help with flex. But, that is not a typical install.

If you are wanting a more rigid setup, then you should buy a closed top action like a Tikka. It's really only a concern, or benefit, if you are hanging a very heavy barrel off it, and that barrel will only be supported by the action ring. Bedding of the action and cylinder section of the barrel negates any major issues with flex. In the case of chasis setups, the extra front screw torque negates the barrel weight to some degree. That said, you would still have to support something like a 30" 1.25" straight cylinder barrel like you see in benchrest.
