Does other gear like clothig play a role in your backpack sleep system?

Are you able to dry out your clothes while sleeping in a Slick bag similar to a Wiggys?

Based on folks not agreeing with their temperature ratings I have not really considered them, but I think I need to find that out for myself.

I need a good 0 degree synthetic bag and this one is about the lightest option out there.
