Does any US suppressor company make this? If not, why?

I’ve searched for a while for QD suppressor mounts and haven’t found anything as minimal as this. Am I missing something like this that is US based? https://www.a-tec.no/a-lock

Griffin armament makes multiple small mounts (taper, dual lock, ez-cam etc), dead air xeno has minimal mounts. Im sure there are others but these two companies came to mind
