Do you regret getting your suppressor?

The only thing I regret so far is the damn thing not being here yet , 7 months and counting.

Therein lies the rub. Should be an OTC purchase. At best a wanted check, but it shouldn't even require that, as it's useless without a firearm.

Waiting now isn’t so bad. If they make them legal, you will be waiting years for manufacturers to catch up.

I just got my first suppressor yesterday. I was super excited to start getting to know it, including learning about what kind of suppression I would get as well as how it might affect accuracy and also what kind of point of impact shift I might get. So I shot with my 6.5 creedmoor in a 10-shot group without the suppressor just to re-establish a zero and a precision baseline, then put on the suppressor and shot a 10-shot group. To my surprise, the 10-shot group with the suppressor is actually the tightest group I've ever shot with this rifle-- just under .7" suppressed. No regrets so far!! Plus the sound reduction is fantastic outside of the covered shed.

Obviously not everyone can count on this happening, but wow. FYI this is a Tikka T3x Lite that I had cut from 24" to 20", direct thread with a CGS Hyperion K. I was surprised by the POA shift (2 MOA low, 1.25 MOA right), but for the accuracy, I'll take it.

If you believe that most people are using foam ear plugs absolutely correctly, I can unequivocally state you are incorrect. Every single paper or research that has been done on it has found the same thing- people do not wear war pro correctly.

I think many like me are wary of the Scythe Ti purchase wondering when it is going to pop, and hopefully without anyone getting hurt when/if it does pop.

Other than that i much prefer shooting suppressed

I bought a Jolene S last year for my 7mm PRC. I don't ever want to shoot unsuppressed again. I'm taking both of my kids guns to get threaded now.
