Do Swaros have a seal on the box?

I was looking to buy a pair of 10x42 NL Pure binos, but the retailer I went to only had 2 pair and they were both open in the display box. I did not want to pay for something that has been messed around with by others so I passed. Just made me curious if the box has a seal on it when they are purchased new. I always seem to be the guy that buys something and gets the box with missing parts. Thanks.

Welcome to RS.
They do not have a seal. We would be happy to assist you. We've been a supporting vendor here for many years and an authorized Swarovski dealer for decades. Please give us a call, 516-217-1000, to discuss this. Thanks for the opportunity to assist you

When I bought my Swaro spotter there was not a seal on the box. Doesn’t appear to have any tape marks anywhere to suggest it had been sealed previously either.

Nope. While the packaging seems to be worth as much as the binos (ha) there’s no “seal.”

On the other hand, if they couldn’t stand up to someone looking through them in the store, not sure they’d be worth much in the field.

Talk to Doug. He’s your guy.

Besides, if you buy the ones that are in the display case they have already been broke in. You are not required to stand around and look through them during the break in period. They will start finding trophy grade game right off the bat.
