Looks like a nice little machine. I feel like a lot of these projects can be tackled with a wide variety of machines. I have a fairly basic model Bernina that I’ve used but did my tent and have mostly used my old Good Houskeeper from around the ‘50’s. If the machine will do a straight stitch and maybe occasionally a zig-zag, you’re pretty good to go. One thing that really helps if you’re going to do more stuff with zippers is a zipper foot. It allows you to get your line of stitching close to the zipper.
