UPDATED WITH ADDITIONAL PARTS ON FEBRUARY 14TH. I had a big titanium sheet cut down into pieces for the stove tops.

Was planning to try to make a batch of these as complete stoves to sell, but ended up not having time due to work. So I'm selling components that I had sourced for prototyping. I have 20 sets of these. I like this is design because you get the light weight benefit of the cylinder stoves, but the flat top for cooking. I'm keeping a few sets for my own hunting, but need to sell the rest.
You can see photos of my finished prototype. You'll need to source your own stovejack/stovepipe, stove body, bolts/wingnuts/rivets, tools for cutting and drilling metal, etc.

What you'll receive (shown in picture below):

1 x titanium back end cap
1 x titanium front cap (door hole)
1 x titanium flat piece 9.84 in x 19.7 inch for top part of stove (you can cut this down, but your upper limit for stove length is 19.7 inches)
1 x titanium door - note that the hinge and latch holes are not predrilled, you'll need to do that.
1x titanium vent cover
2 x stainless hinges
4 x 5mm stainless rivnuts (for legs) - note that the holes are not predrilled for the rivnuts, you can decide where to put them then drill the holes in the end cap and front cap.
1 x 50cm long threaded titanium rod (cut it into 4 legs)
$145 USD per set shipped anywhere in the USA. (I'm from Canada so if you're in Canada as well let me know and we can come up with a deal).

NOTE:

I have a bit of extra stove pipe material (0.1mm titanium foil). For an extra $20 I can include a piece large enough for the maximum length of 19.7 inch stove body bottom section.
I can't confirm how well it will work since I used 0.2mm titanium foil for my stove body, so decide yourself if you think 0.1mm foil will work for the stove body bottom.

What you'll receive:

Weight of these parts without flat piece of titanium = 8.1oz (for reference my full stove with 8ft pipe weights 2lb 5oz

Weight of titanium flat piece 9.84 in x 19.7 inch = 10.2 oz (you can cut the long dimension down to make your desired stove length and help reduce weight. I like around ~14 inches instead of the full 19.7 inches).

What thickness material are these pieces? Can you provide dimensions of the top and bottom pieces that you used? I see a few things that I would want to change to make it more air-tight, but this is a solid design.

Do you have holes or slots in your body piece to fit over the rivets in the end pieces?

I am also interested in the dimensions

Rigid metal pieces (top, end caps, door, vent cover, etc) are 0.5mm thick titanium.

The bottom part (titanium foil) of the stove body is 14.25 x 17.5 inches. I have cut out small slots to fit over the leg rivnuts:

Here are the dimensions of the top part. You could make it however long you like, I chose ~14 inches. For my width I should have cut it a bit smaller (you can see the gap along the top edge where I have extra material).

stephane 110,

This reminds me of the "Shepard Stove" by Hill Country Gear offered a few years ago. There stove was made of stainless Steel and was heavier. The top of the HCG model was more solid alone with the folding front and back sections capturing a foil bottom. I liked the fact that the parts were all attached to each other so as not to get lost. Cool design. I know they are heavy, but really like the stoves out of Canada that have a glass door or body Pannel & door. I could see myself enjoying the fire box throwing light while burning in my floor-less shelter.

Could you show a pic with the stove pipe attached?
Here’s photos from an earlier prototype. Keep in mind you’ll have to design your own stove pipe system since what I’m selling doesn’t come with it.

How did you form the end caps? Do you like the angled legs into the rivnuts or the straight legs all the way through to the top piece?
