My super quick look at the Wilson dies (assuming it’s the bushing FL die) does not have an expander button. The expander is what will push the dented portion out to the normal dimension.
You can get a neck expanding mandrel as well if you don’t want to buy a new FL sizing die. Just try not to overwork the necks by sizing too big then sizing back down.My 6 arc gasser is notorious for denting case necks. Figured the sizing die would push the necks out and fix the necks. But it's not. Is all this brass ruined? Just cheap Hornady and I'm wanting to upgrade to Peterson as well as put some padding on my brass deflector on my rifle. This pic is one I ran through my die.

Then run them through my Wilson bushing die to set my neck tension or just roll em like this?

Depends on how much the expander moved the necks.
No. Not necessary and would be overworking brass. The Hornady die should provide all the neck tension you need.
I have several Wilson/Redding/Hornady bushing dies, and with the right bushing, have never used a mandrel.
And apparently have never dented a neck either.
