Dehydrator Elk Jerky

I make a batch, it disappears.

Very common problem. What dehydrator are you using? We use ground for all of our jerky.

Just make bigger batches....

Same here. Just my wife and I but it seems to just disappear. I too use a dehydrator. A lot easier than using my smoker.
