Hey guys random question, signed up for NRL Hunter Fort Collins match, but haven’t received any emails or coordinating information of where to go. The Fort Collins match page just shows a generic address of Fort Collins, like to the city center. If anyone has some details could you please PM me? I also reached out to the contact us link on the NRL Hunter website and did not receive a response.

I have played a little with a triple pull and struggle with it. Any tips? Are you loading the bipod at all when using tripod in the rear?

Iv very comfortable shooting tripod rear from PRS, maybe I just need to work on it more.

Did AG send you too long of a suppressor cover too?

I don’t hardly load in to it at all. I usually apply a bit of rear pressure with my grip hand to hold the stock tight in my shoulder. I think there is so much flex when they are extended like that, it’s easy to induce quite a bit of torque and take away any sort of natural point of aim. It takes a fair bit of practice to figure out how to get close to the correct height on the intital set up, or a guy just ends up spending too much time fiddling with it. If i need adjustments, a lot of time i will just kick the legs out one notch on the splay.

My cover seems to fit about perfect with the back of it tightened behind the suppressor. I think that’s how it’s supposed to be set up?

Total weight is 15.99 pounds. Had to take some extraneous bits off the KRG to make weight (rear sling mount and the bottom plate/screws off the back of the stock)

Have a M24 contour barrel and a Manners LRH stock that I'm planning to swap in to free up weight so I can use a triple pull.

Just an ounce or two under 16 lbs. Can kick out a rubber dampener or two if needed on weigh in day.

Tore down my 6.5 PRC after the March Arena match and then built this one from the ground up focusing on improving all the little things that bothered my on the last one.

My teammate finished up his nearly identical (exact same action/barrel) rifle a couple weeks ago and so far is pushing 145gr match burners at 2700 so we should be good to go.

I made power factor with a 20 inch tikka barrel and a 147 eldm. It’s tight but makes it.

Trying to remember but I have the foreend weight, two control bridges, but no buttpad spacers on it. I think the foreend weight and control bridges add a pound. I like the Gen2 much better than the Gen1 for NRL because stripped down the G2 has much more weight forward than the G1. I also have a pretty heavy optic setup with the Spuhr, Pulse Mount, ZCO 527, and the Loopy DPP.

Oh and I also swapped the grip for an MKM Recce Vertical Crossover Grip, it's actually lighter than the MDT grip by half an ounce or so and feels much better to me.

I was able to make weight with a gen 1 acc with a 7-35 atacr, 24” tikka ctr barreled action, atlas cal tall and a Magnus K RR. I took the screw adjustment hardware out and used the aluminum adjustable butt plate. I had 5oz to spare.

I don’t think you would have an issue with removing all that isn’t needed on an acc and making open heavy weight.
