Stone Glacier avail 2200 or solo 3300 on either of their frames. Perfect for what you need

Just buy the exo bag and be done. If you are jonesing for a new pack and need an excuse, the MR pop-up looks interesting.

Stone glacier. I went with the 40/56 and it’s the best little pack that can go big. I am a lightweight fanatic though and hike 5 to 10 miles a day when chasing deer, elk, and sheep.

I am going on my first drop camp hunt for elk in CO 2nd rifle. Up until now I have done solo backcountry archery hunts. I have an exo first gen frame with 3500 and 5500 bags. Since it is a drop camp I dont really need either one of those and would rather carry a smaller pack daily (even though the 3500 cinches down pretty small ) but would like the option of packing meat at least to a trail for outfitter to get. Does anybody make a daypack which can handle any kind of weight?

Stone glacier makes an 1800 that is a frame style pack with a 150LBS load shelf. I personally use this for day hunts for the fact of having the ability to haul meat. It will be the X curve frame, or the evo krux either frame will work for that bag.
