Living close to the border it is a necessity. Hit and run is the norm. I put them in all my vehicles. The coolest thing I've done with mine is catch a parking lot creep who opened up a couples fourunner like a tin can at Costco. ( they were waiting by my jk because they could see the camera) The cops caught him the next day using my images.

I use the Rove R2 4K. It has a lot of features. A good app to pair it with and view/download the video. Sound recording can be on or off. Has GPS coordinates and GPS speed. I got it because of all the people that don’t know how to drive these days.
