Yes. The codes and $ bucks back only work for credit card holders. The value back comes as store credit

Thanks for that info. Would never have seen it. I ordered a bunch of pairs (me - 2, wife - 4, son - 2). Activejunky, plus used a mail certificate. Saved a bunch.
