My opinion is, if a property has had significant weather damage more twice, it shouldn't be insurable. At that point, you are just pissing away other people's money.

You just eliminated housing in all the gulf coast, most of the mid south and midwest at a minimum. Might as well apply the same principle to cars and just make the whole world walk everywhere again. If you want a mulligan on that point, I dont mind.
