Crossfit WOD

Today I did

4 Rounds for time:

12 Deadlifts 225
20 Pullups
12 Power cleans 135
20 Hanging knees to elbows

My time was 44 minutes. I'm improving every week I test myself on this. After the workout I rowed 1000 meters in 4 minutes as well. Any of you crossfit guys or other guys who want to post what you're doing on a daily basis feel free! Open to feedback or challenges!

I do the Crossfit WOD's from the main site, everyday.....good for you, but brutal at times. Keep it up, 3,2,1 go.

9 Hang cleans 155 lbs
6 push jerks 155 lbs

13 minutes. Not bad, the weight isn't my problem, its the movements pump that heart up and UP! I'm getting more endurance each week, and loving it. Also rowing 2k in 7 mins flat now.

That's the hero WOD "DT", good one.

I've been a coach at my gym for a little over a year. Currently in a strength phase for the next 5 months and will reasses at the beginning of the year, so my current workouts are strictly lifting.

I work with a guy that did it in Detroit but he now lives in Lansing and cannot afford to join. You guys that do the WODs, are you always sore?
