Sierra has released a new 175 grain match king X bullet with a tougher jacket designed for hunting. Haven’t got to try it out yet but as others have stated the match kings are perfect in the .308 platform I imagine this would be great. Previously have used A-max, Nosler ballistic tips and federal terminal ascent with pleasantly boring (bang flop) results.

Appreciate it, has anyone tried the Norma bond strike in 180 grain? we use it in my sons 300WM with great results just wasn't sure if anyone was using it in their .308 setups.
