Just wondering how the two compare and what everyone’s experiences are with the two? Kinda leaning towards the summit with the info I’ve found so far.

These are the two boots i run primarily. I ran the summits for 2 years and ran the thors all last year. While both are great boots and dont require any break in I have to admit that I prefer the thor. The thor's when laced correctly have less heel slip and I prefer the stiffer flex. I got leaking from both of them after about 30 miles. Its going to be very individualistic because what I find appealing in a boot you may not. The one thing I will say is that I liked the summits better until I nailed down how I liked the thors laced.

Just my opinion. I am not knocking the boots. To me the summits felt like an average boot. I sent them back. I tried the Nevada’s and the Briksdals and they feel truly different than any boot I’ve ever put on. Crispi makes some of the best boots on the planet. If you are going to buy a pair I would save up and get one of their higher end models. The higher end models will have better quality materials. The Briksdals are a little cheaper than the Nevada’s and they are extremely comfortable to me. I’ve tried them out in the snow and different terrain and they are truly a great boot. You won’t have any doubt after you buy them. My dad has the guide model and he uses them to work in. He works for an electric company trimming right of ways. He goes into some very nasty stuff daily and all he talks about is how awesome his boots are. He was very hesitant to trust them, he thought the rubber rand would come apart. After about 9 months the boots are doing great. He is now a crispi fan for life.
