I'll take this one. After you've killed a strong dozen to 20, getting into them means you had shot opportunities that were on other than your target critter. Before the minimum threshold value listed, getting into them is relative to the distance traveled. If from greater than 4 hours from elk country, it means you were in bino range. Greater than 8 hours and you were in btx range.....greater than 12 hours means you saw a dead bull at a game check.Can someone include a clean and clear standard for what “getting into elk/deer” means?
