Compound Speeds @ 10GPP?

I'm a simple longbow guy, but i'm curious about how truly 'fast' new generation compounds really are. My understanding is speeds are measured around 6GPP for IBO (which would cause most trad bows to disintegrate after about 100 shots).
When shooting 10GPP where us trad guys usually sit, what speeds are being chrono'd with wheel bows?

Not looking to start a "what's better" or "why' discussion, just looking for an answer to a curiosity driven question.

AMO rating is 9GPP with the equipment set at 30" draw, 60lbs....IMO rating is 5GPP, 30" draw at 70lbs. Speeds are calculated at PBR (Point blank range). I'm pusing a 495gr arrow out of 70lb at about 238-242FPS, GTX cam. Not sure how 10GPP would do with my current sit up. A lot more moving parts in a compound to absorb all that energy as opposed to traditional tackle.

I shoot a 510gr arrow out of a bow that is set at 70lbs and 29" draw at 280fps, and the IBO is 325fps. Shooting a 700gr arrow out of most bows that are set at 70lbs is over kill and you may loose KE. I have only met one person that sot an 700 gr arrow out of a compound bow, and he was shooting an 80 lb Mathews Monster Safari Edition.

Mine is 29" draw, 67lbs, 430 grain arrow at 290 fps

With a carbon matrix and a 30" draw I estimate I'd be in the 245 FPS range.

ATA ratings @ 9 grains per pound are typically in the 240-245 fps range for high performance compound bows, 30" draw, 60 pounds, 540 grain arrow. Adding another 60 grains (600 grain total) would slow the arrow down about 12 - 15 fps more to give you 225 - 230 fps. At 70 pounds & 700 grains you would be about 5 fps faster.

I would only use an arrow this heavy for dangerous game in Africa like cape buffalo where absolute maximum momentum is needed for penetration.

My bow IBOs at 310. Im shooting 420 grains, 28 in draw, 66.5 lbs at 250fps.
