I was able to use my 223 4rd V1's this last weekend. They did not have a problem seating once the bolt opened with 4 rounds in the mag. I put probably 50 rounds through each of them.
I did have probably 4 times in the 5 or 6 full clips where on the 2nd or 3rd round, the back of the case was "stuck" down and the bolt wouldn't pick it up. It seems like the finish on the back of the follower or the inside of the mag isn't smooth enough yet and it's getting bound up, holding the rear of the case down enough.
I think this issue will resolve itself when the friction parts wear down, hopefully.
I will say that they seem durable and so far I like them, and I would buy them again.

Yeah the V1 work just fine, they self seat once the bolt is opened but I went ahead and fixed that for V2.

The fibers in the filament have some roughness to the surface but it shouldn't hang anything up. First time I've heard anyone having a hang up like that and I've put alot of dummy rounds through these mags. I can't keep track of folks real vs user names, so I don't know how many you have, is it just one mag you had issues with or multiple? Factory bottom metal? What stock?

Sanity check question, push the nose of the follower down to make sure the spring is slid back into its slot in the bottom of the mag, I do this when I assemble them but maybe it got missed or something, if the spring bottom is slipped forward it won't push up on the rounds correctly. Also if you push the follower down with a tool can you recreate it hanging up at all? Maybe you got a follower with a tolerance issue or surface defect I didn't notice that is causing an issue?

Please keep me informed.

I got 2 of the Orange 4rounders. It really isn't that big of a "problem". Like I said, I think it will sort itself out over time. But I will definitely try pushing down on the front of the follower next time I'm out. 95% of the time, It wasn't an issue and I didn't keep track if it was one or both of them But I will pay more attention the next time I'm out.
I also want to be clear, I would recommend these to anyone. Fit and finish is great and I'm sure this will be resolved too.

If it happened more than a rare anomaly its something to resolve in my mind so definitely keep me informed if its something you can recreate or if you notice anything standing out like an obvious surface imperfection or something binding up, etc.
